First, for those of you that are new, please have a read of these notes from Unit 1 that will introduce you to the advantages of having a Google account. Click here to download a Word file or a PowerPoint presentation.
Second, as we learn to use Word in an Office, we need to consider how to make the document easy to read and to attract attention. We can do this by considering the four elements of good design contrast, repetition, alignment and proximity. Put them together and you get CRAP!
