Class activities
For this week and next week, we will be looking at how to use simple spread sheets.
To break things up there will also be a bit of work on Occupational Health and Safety. After all you'll go nuts doing nothing but spreadsheets for the whole class.
One of the projects will be for you to create your own personal budget in an Excel spreadsheet. You will do this by keeping track of what you spend and what you earn over the next three weeks. then you will put this into a spreadsheet and hand it up as one of your assessment tasks.
Coming events
(1) Short test on Thursday at the start of class on the notes from the Communicate in the Workplace Module 1
(2) Typing test for 15 wpm on Lesson 4 with no more than 1 error average per minute on Monday, March 30, 2009.
